TRUE LOVE STORY - GG & FELIX

Sadly, I must share the heartbreaking news that Mrs. Goretti M. Goss-Smith (Ms. GG) has lost her beloved husband, Felix Smith, following a battle of more than 13 years with Alzheimer's and the survivor of four (4) major strokes.  Felix was valiant in his fight as he had such a Queen caring for him throughout this struggle.  Ms. GG and her family are handling his transition, which was Sunday, July 10, 2022, with the strength and grace she's always evidenced in his care. Our prayers of support and love go out to the Goss-Smith family.  Felix , Rest in Peace.

​It is with great sorrow that my family said farewell to my dear grandmother "Momma" at her homegoing service on May 19, 2021 after her transition on May 10, 2021.  She lived over 112 years (yes, that's right) and has more than earned her eternal rest in the arms of the Lord.  Rest well, Momma.  We love you so much...We'll miss you forever.

The funeral  arrangements for her services are shown in this piece. Thank you, Bev. You've taken such good care of your mom and she knows it and you can take refuge in that knowledge forever. Your pre-emptive steps to get ahead of what you saw was possibly on the horizon was an amazing step to take.  It was very brave of you to look into the looking glass, see what was coming and still continue moving forward. Bravo!!!
